Quick answer

This Privacy Policy explains how Parkomate may collect, use and protect information submitted through website forms and business communication channels. Legal review is required before publishing.

By using this website or submitting an enquiry or job application, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where we rely on your consent, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights”).

Who we are (Data Fiduciary)

The data fiduciary responsible for your personal data is Parkomate Solutions LLP, registered office at [[FILL: full registered street address]], Thane West, Maharashtra 400604, India (LLPIN: [[FILL: LLPIN]]). For any privacy question, contact our Grievance Officer (see below).

Information we collect

We collect only what each interaction needs:

  • Enquiry / contact forms: your name, work email, phone number, organisation, job title (optional), facility type, city, approximate number of parking bays, and any message you send.
  • Job applications: your name, contact details, the résumé/CV file you upload and any information you include in it, and the role applied for.
  • Technical data (enquiries & applications): your IP address, browser/device information and approximate location (city/region), collected for security, spam-prevention and lead-quality purposes.
  • Website analytics: the pages you view and how you interact with them (link clicks, scroll depth, on-site searches, page-load performance), the referring website, coarse location (country/region) and device/browser/OS type, tied to a one-way, monthly-rotating hashed visitor identifier and a per-visit session id. We do not store your raw IP address for analytics.
  • Campaign attribution: if you arrive via a tagged link, the campaign labels (utm_source/medium/campaign/term/content) only — never the full query string.
  • Enquiry journey: if you submit an enquiry, we link the pages you viewed during that visit to your enquiry (via the per-visit session id) so we can respond in context. This linkage exists only for enquiries you choose to submit.

How and why we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry, schedule a site assessment or demo, and prepare proposals.
  • To contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp (with your consent).
  • To assess job applications and communicate with candidates.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent spam/abuse, and understand aggregate traffic so we can improve content.

Our grounds for processing are your consent (enquiries, recruitment, business communication) and, for security and aggregate analytics, our need to operate the website safely.

How our analytics protect your privacy

We count visits using a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address and browser, mixed with a secret that rotates every month. We never store your raw IP address for analytics, and the hash cannot be reversed to identify you or used to track you across months.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Our own sales, support and hiring teams, to act on your enquiry or application.
